Description
Evaluate the projects, take measurements, prepare budgets, seeking to optimize the offers up to the technical presentation phase of the proposals.
Main functions:
- Preparation and development of proposals and estimates;
- Analysis of the project and its measurements. Verification, calculation and dimensioning of construction elements;
- Request for proposals from subcontractors and preparation of comparisons;
- Propose the organization and planning of the works in the pre-construction phase;
- Preparation of technical reports and descriptive memoirs;
- Presentation of technical proposals to clients.
Minimum requirements:
- Technical university education: Engineering, Architecture or Module in Construction Projects;
- Use of Excel, Revit and AutoCAD;
- Experience in the BIM methodology is highly valued;
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
