Description
We are looking for a General Manager — Fit-out and Residential.
Main functions:
- Monitoring and control of the work, including measurements and work performed;
- Quality Control;
- Compliance with work planning;
- Comply with and control the rules for the prevention of occupational risks;
- Coordinator and management of direct teams and subcontractors;
- Interpretation of project plans.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum experience of 5 years in construction works: housing, offices, commerce, hotels, complete building renovations;
- Knowledge of facilities will be an asset;
- Proactivity, planning skills, good communication, a taste for teamwork and responsibility;
- Focused on the quality of the finishes, compliance with deadlines and safety rules (Mandatory).
