Description
We are recruiting one JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for our projects. With experience in fit out and/or residential projects.
Main functions:
- Manage all stages of the project according to budget, planning and quality, ensuring coordination with all parties involved;
- Define, choose and negotiate with suppliers and service providers, according to the particularities of each project;
- Keep the company's monitoring, control, and management systems up to date, in accordance with regulations established by management;
- Analyze deviations and propose corrections when necessary;
- Responsible for site safety compliance;
- Supervision and organization of local teams.
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture;
- Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in Construction Management, Control, Planning and Supervision, with experience in fit out or residential projects being preferred;
- Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project);
- Minimum intermediate level of English;
- Focused on the quality of the finishes.
